Main entrance: Guests using a wheelchair enter via the main entrance, adjacent to the Ben Gurion Boulevard pavement, with a ramp up to entrance level.
Public accessible toilets: Located on the entrance floor. Cubicle door opening width 85 cm; a folding grab rail is provided; the cubicle door opens outward.
Reception desk: An induction loop is available for guests with hearing impairments, together with a lowered counter for serving guests with disabilities.
Additional services: Escort and assistance are available on request for guests with any disability. Please note this is a restored heritage building without an elevator, so some areas are not step-free; guests with specific accessibility needs are encouraged to contact us before booking.
