Accessible parking: The hotel has an accessible car park at entrance level, with spaces designated for people with special needs located closest to the hotel entrance.
Main entrance: Guests using a wheelchair enter via the main entrance, adjacent to the hotel car park, accessible with no change in levels.
Public accessible toilets: Located on the fifth floor (entrance level) and the third floor (adjacent to the events complex). Cubicle door opening width 85 cm; a folding grab rail is provided; the cubicle door opens outward.
Reception desk: An induction loop is available for guests with hearing impairments, together with a separate lowered counter for serving guests with disabilities.
Elevator: Door width 89 cm; car size 108 x 138 cm; voice announcements; embossed buttons.
