Our rooftop kitchen is built around the grill: whole fish and prime cuts cooked over open flame, a spread of hot and cold mezze, and salads from growers in the surrounding valleys. The bar pours regional wines alongside a short list of signature cocktails — best timed for the hour the sun drops behind the old city.
